Adding a New Vendor

If you find that there is a vendor missing from your list, it is simple and easy to add!

First you will need to navigate to your Vendor Screen by selecting Screens, and then Vendors in your menu bar. Once you have arrived there, you can either select Add in your menu bar, and then "Vendor", or you can click the plus button towards the top left side of your screen just below where you see the vendor names. This will pull up an "Add Vendor" window. Within this window, you can add the vendor name, as well as a two or three character code to symbolize the vendor. You can make this code up to reflect the name is the vendor (ex. American Airlines would be listed as AA, Celebrity Cruises would be CEL, etc). In this window you can also select the type of vendor you are adding, and if there is a default commission. There is a check box that says "Enabled" under this information. In order to make sure the new vendor is active, this box needs to be checked. Once you have saved this vendor information by clicking "OK", you will then be able to see the vendor in your Add Booking window.

** If you are adding a cruise vendor, please feel free to add the vendor if it is not already present in the system. Once added, please contact us as we may be able to link the new vendor with Ship, Category, and Itinerary information if that vendor supplies us with that data.
