Adding and Updating Client Contact Information

If your client or a contact within a Client ID needs to have email addresses, addresses, or phone numbers added or updated, you can do so within the Clients Screen in just a few quick steps.

To start, you will need to navigate to the Client ID that you want to edit. To add information to a contact, you can either click on Add>> Phone, Add>>Address, or Add>> Email Address. These options will pull up a window where you can choose the contact you want to add the information to, add in the new phone number, address or email address, and choose if this is the primary contact information for the client ID. There are also different ways to edit existing information within the Client ID. One option is to click on the edit button to the right of information directly on the client screen. Clicking on one of these icons will bring up the edit phone, address or edit email address window. Another way to access the edit window for contact information is to click on Edit in the menu bar, and then select either Address, Email Address or Phone. Much like in the "Add" windows, the edit windows will also allow you to select the contact for the information, and will allow you to change the data that was previously entered. 

Lastly, make sure to click on the OK button in whichever window you happen to be adding or editing to save any changes!
