Comments Appearing on Invoice

Do you have a mystery comment showing up on your HTML Invoice? You've looked in the Comments tab of the booking and there's nothing there! What gives?

The comments within the Bookings Screen isn't the only place where we can add comments to an invoice. If you've checked the Comments tab within your booking and there is nothing there, the next most likely place you may be able to find this mystery comment is within the Vendor Screen. Oftentimes when we see an unknown invoice comment, it has been added to the cruise vendor, insurance vendor, or any other type of vendor within the vendor screen.

If you booking is a part of a group, you may be able to find a comment set to show on an invoice within the Groups Screen. This is another likely spot where an agent can find an invoice comment that doesn't not look familiar. That being said, this would affect all of the bookings within the group, so if you're only seeing the comment on one invoice, you likely will not find it within the Comments tab on the Group Screen.

Lastly, another location for a comment to show up on an invoice will be in the Comments tab of the Client Screen. Although we see this option less often, it is still a completely normal place to find a client specific invoice comment.

As always, if you have any questions about this or if it gives you any trouble, you can always contact a member of our friendly support team by sending an email to support@wincruise.com, by sending us a chat message from your WebCruise+ page, or by using the Capture Feedback button on your screen.
