Creating a New Booking

Creating and managing bookings in Webcruise+ is easy!

First things first, you will need to navigate to the client ID you will be entering the booking under. For a How To on adding a new client, please see our article titled "Creating a New Client".

Once you are in the target client ID, you can either click on Add>> Booking in the menu bar, or click on the plus sign to the top left of your screen under the client ID and select "Booking".



This will cause an Add Booking window to pop up on your screen, which will automatically pop up with the client's contact on the left hand side of the window. Select the desired client and contacts for the booking, and then fill out the rest of the booking information on the right. When you save this new booking, you will be asked to add and/or edit the passenger information for the bookings. Following this, you can enter in Add Ons, payments, remittances, etc.



After all of these steps are completed, your screen will now show the invoice within the booking screen. From here, you can make any necessary edits or changes!
