How to Add Air Seat Preferences

How to Add Air Seat Preferences

We have added a new feature that will allow agents to add a contact's air seat preference to their contact information.

To add an air seat preference to a contact, you will first navigate to the Client ID where the contact is located. Once you have located and opened the Client ID, you will need to select Add in the menu bar followed by Air Preference.

In the Add Air Preference window that appears, you can choose which contact you would like to add the preference to in the Contact drop down box, as well as the air seat location and class of service as well as any relevant notes or requests the client may have.

After this information has been added, you can either click on Save & Close, or you can click on the arrow to the right of Save & Close and select Save & New to add air seat preferences for another contact without having to begin the process all over again.

When you have added an air seat preference for your contact, you will be able to see the preference in the Booking screen.

After you have added a flight to your contact within a booking, you will need to click on Add in the menu bar, followed by Flights in order to add flight details to the booking.

In the Add Flights window, you will start by clicking the green "Add Segment" button. Here, you can enter all of the flight details for the passenger(s) you select in the first drop down box. After all of the flight details have been entered, you will click on the Details button to access the window where you can enter all of the flight record information.

In the window that opens, you can enter all of the relevant flight details for the segment. In the Flight Seating section of the window, you can click on the green "Add Seat" button to add seat information for a contact in your invoice. Select the contact you would like to enter information for in the Passenger drop down box. If the contact has an air seat preference entered for their contact (as described in the previous sections), the icon for flight seat will be highlighted in green. When you hover your mouse cursor over the green highlighted icon, you will be able to see the air seat preference information that has been entered for the contact.

As always, if you have any questions about this or if it gives you any trouble, you can always contact a member of our friendly support team by sending an email to support@wincruise.com, by sending us a chat message from your WebCruise+ page, or by using the Capture Feedback button on your screen.
