How to Add and Remove Contacts From a Client ID
Adding and removing contacts on a Client ID only requires a few quick steps.
In order to add a new contact to a Client ID, you will first need to click on Add in the menu bar, followed by "Contact". You can also click on the (+) button to the top left of your screen below the Client ID number and choose "Contact" in the menu that opens. Following this, you will have an Add Contact window that opens on your screen. In this window, you can enter all of the new contact's details including their name, birthday, anniversary and nickname. If you need to add contact information for this new contact, you can do so by following the steps listed in our article "Adding and Updating Client Contact Information".
To remove a contact from a Client ID, all that's needed is to click on Remove in the menu bar, followed by "Contact". This will show you a window of the available contacts in the Client ID. When you find the contact you're looking to remove, click on the trash can icon to the far right of the window beside that contact. You will get a window that asks if you're sure you want to delete that contact. Click on OK and the contact will be removed.
DISCLAIMER: The system will not allow you to remove contacts that have bookings attached to them.
