How to Contact Wincruise Support

In the event of an issue with WebCruise+, whether it's an error, a general inquiry, or anything in between, we are here to help! There are multiple ways that you can submit a ticket or contact support if you need help!

If You Encounter An Error Screen:

If you receive an error screen while using WebCruise+, you can use the text box at the bottom of the window to submit a ticket directly to us. In this text box, we would require information regarding what you were doing in the system when this screen appeared. This information would include the screen you were on, the function you were using, etc.




Using Capture Screen:

Within WebCruise+, we have a Capture Screen function that allows agents to submit a ticket to our support inbox that includes a screenshot. To use this function, you will need to click on the Capture Screen button at the bottom left corner of your screen.



Following this, your screen will darken slightly and your mouse cursor will turn into a set of crosshairs. You can click and drag these crosshairs to highlight an area on the screen whether it's an error you're experiencing, a button you have a question about or anything else. Once you let go of the click, a window will pop up that will prompt you to enter your name, email address and a description of your issue or question. When you click on the "Open New Ticket" button at the bottom of the popup, this will automatically open a ticket in our system.




Using the Agent Chat:

WebCruise+ has a tool that allows agents to chat directly with our support team! To use this tool, you will need to click on the chat bubble icon at the bottom right corner of your screen within WebCruise+.



This button will open a chat window that will prompt you to enter your name, email address, and a message, question, or description of the problem you are having. Once you click on the "Start Chat" button, this will open a chat line with our support team.




Finally, we can also always be reached via email at support@wincruise.com, or by phone at 1-888-589-5563 and choose the option for Support through the automated system.
