If you have a contact that needs to be moved to another Client ID, or onto it's own Client ID, never fear! This is simple and easy to accomplish in just a few quick steps.
To move a contact to another Client ID:
Firstly, you will need to navigate to the Client ID where the contact is. Once you are in this Client ID, click on the Contacts tab on the bottom half of the screen. Locate the contact that you need to move, and click on the Edit icon to the far right of the contact. At the bottom of the Edit Contact window that comes up, you will see two green buttons. The button to the right will be "Move Contact To". When you click on this button, you will have the option to select "New Client" or "Existing Client". To move this contact to a Client ID that already exists, you will need to click on "Existing Client" and then enter the Client ID that you would like to move the chosen contact to. You will receive a pop up window that asks if you are sure you want to move the contact to the other Client ID. Once you select OK, the contact will then be moved.
To move a contact to a new Client ID:
In order to move a contact to its own client ID all you will need to do is follow the steps above, but instead of choosing "Existing Client", you will click on "New Client". This will give you a pop up window that asks if you're sure you want to move the contact and create a new Client ID. Once you click on OK, this will save onto a brand new client number, which will then open on your screen. From here, you can use the Edit>> Client option to add any new or additional information to the Client ID.
