How to Transfer a Booking to a New Client

So you created a booking and found out the wrong Client ID was selected? Or a referred contact turned into a new client?

Never fear, that booking can quickly and easily be transferred to a different Client ID with just a few quick steps!

First things first, you will need to navigate to the booking you want to transfer in the Booking Screen. Next, in the menu bar, click Edit>> Passengers.



At the top of the edit window, you will see a drop down box that shows the current lead passenger's name. To the right of this box, click on the search icon. In the space that opens up, type in the last name of the client you want to transfer the booking to and hit Enter on your keyboard.



After this, a window of search results will pop up on your screen. Double click on the client you are transferring the booking to.



You will get a pop up box asking if you're sure you want to change the passenger from the previous client to the new client. Once you click on OK, this will complete the process.



See? Easy!

* Note: If there are additional passengers on the invoice, you can change them with contacts that are within the new client ID by using the Edit >> Passengers window as you normally would.
