Would you like to give your clients an insurance quote and don't want to leave WebCruise, You can with our Insurance Calculator tool! With this tool, you can run quotes for the insurance vendors available in our insurance automation system.

To start, you will click on Tools in the menu bar, followed by Insurance Calculator.

The following steps are the various fields you will need to fill out in the Insurance Calculator window.

1. In the first field, you will select your client's state of residence.

2. In this field, you can select the insurance supplier you'd like to get a quote from.

3. In the third field, you would select the applicable plan you would like to quote

** NOTE: you can select optional add ons for the insurance plan to be included in the quote

4. Next, you will fill out the start and end dates of the client's travel. This could be their cruise start and end date, or it could also include pre and post cruise travel.

5. In this section, you will enter your client's birth date and trip cost information. If you would like to add additional passengers to your quote, you can click on the green "Add Passenger" button to do so.

Once you have filled out these fields, you will click on the green Get Quote button. This may take a few seconds to process, and the premium information will populate to the right of the window as you can see in the example below.
