If an FCC is Not Being Deducted From the Balance Due

If you have applied a Future Cruise Credit to an invoice and the balance due has not been changed or affected, the first thing you will need to check is if the FCCs listed in the Add Ons tab have "Cancelled" tags. If you see that there are cancelled tags on the applied FCCs, the issue is typically that the original booking was canceled after the FCC was applied to it. Cancelling the original booking after the FCC has been applied causes the FCC to appear as "Cancelled" as well.

In order to resolve this issue and have the FCC apply to the balance of the new booking, you will need to start by navigating to the original cancelled booking that the FCC was issued to. In the Add Ons tab of this original booking, you will then click on the edit button to the right of the issued FCC. Once you're in the Edit Add Ons window, click on the radio button for "Confirmed", followed by the OK button to save. Once the cancelled FCC is changed to "Confirmed", it will then show on the new booking as Confirmed as well, and the amount of the FCC will be deducted from the total balance due.
