If You Cannot View a Previously Sent Email
If you have sent an email through the Booking Screen and are no longer able to view it in the Email tab, this is likely because the email cannot be found in the system. The most common reason for this is because the email has been removed or otherwise deleted from the system from which it was sent.
If you have checked your email system and the email in question is still "findable" or viewable there, and you are still not able to view it in the Booking Screen, please contact a member of our friendly support team by sending an email to support@wincruise.com, by sending us a chat message from your WebCruise+ page, or by using the Capture Feedback button on your screen.
