Missing Ship or Category

If you find that there is a ship or category missing from a vendor, this is usually caused by vendor information needing to be updated in our system. If you find that there is missing ship or category information, please do not add this manually as it can interfere with the correctly linked information being loaded from the vendor as it is supplied to us. Instead, please contact a member of our friendly support team by sending an email to support@wincruise.com, by sending us a chat message from your WebCruise+ page, or by using the Capture Feedback button on your screen.
