Adding and Editing Second Deposit Date Within the Groups Screen:
When a Second Deposit Date is added or changed for a group
within the Groups Screen, that change will then update automatically for all of
the existing individual invoices for that group.
Above is an image of the second deposit date within the Groups Screen. When an agent edits or adds a date to this field and saves the change, they will then receive a pop up message asking if they would like to update the second deposit date on all existing bookings.
Once the changes are saved, the new or updated second deposit date will then appear within the individual invoices for the group.
Report Screen:
There have been a few changes within the Reports Screen in
regards to Deposit Dates. The first change that has been made is the addition
of the “Deposit Report” report type. This report will allow you to gather
information regarding first and second deposit dates, first and second deposit
received dates, first and second deposit amounts, total paid and status. In the Reports Screen, agents can now also query second deposit date information for invoices.
The resulting report now shows the information regarding the deposit data that has been searched for.
