Client, Group, and Supplier Comments Can Now Popup in Bookings Screen

We have added new preferences to the Agency Settings that will allow you to add popup comments to clients, groups and suppliers that will pop up within the Booking Screen. An example of this would be if you add a comment to a Client ID, this preference will allow this comment to also show up within the Booking Screen. These preferences can save time by providing the ability to add pop up comments to bookings that relate to announcements or updates from vendors, client specific notifications, or notifications for group bookings.

To start, you will need to navigate to your Agency Settings from the File menu in the menu bar.



Once in the Agency Settings, click on System Preferences in the left hand sidebar.



Within the System Preferences, you will need to scroll down until you see the "Booking Screen" item. Click on the arrow to the right of this line item to display the Booking Screen options. You will now see three new check boxes within this list for Show Client Popup Comments, Show Group Popup Comments, and Show Supplier Popup Comments. These options can be checked depending on which items you would like to enable to show up in the Booking Screen.



When these items are enabled, the booking screen will appear with the comments that have been selected to display.
