Sending Emails from the Groups Screen

Within the Groups Screen, we have the ability to send emails to every booking within the group. Typically, the most common email many agencies will sent is the HTML Invoice, although this function works for other email templates as well.

To send emails within the Groups Screen, you will first need to navigate to the group you are working with and then click on the Send Email button towards the top right of the screen.



In the Send Email window, you will select the "From" email (if different from the default sender email that is automatically selected), as well as any CC email addresses you would like to include. In the Email Template drop down box, select the email template you would like to send to the group. For the purposes of this article, I am selecting the HTML Invoice as an example as it is the most common. 



** You will notice that there is a disclaimer directly above the body of the email that specifies that the email template within the compose email window is an example of one email, but this email will be sent to every active booking within the group. They do not get sent to canceled bookings in the group. If an invoice for a canceled booking needs to be sent, they will need to be sent individually from the Booking screen.



The email you are sending will be sent to the primary contact for each booking with their own invoice details (or the information involved in the other template options).
