Vaccinations Quick Report

We have added a new report type to our Quick Reports menu of the Reports Screen. The Vaccinations Quick Report can be used to gather information regarding bookings and the recorded vaccination information for the contacts within those bookings.

To access the Vaccinations Quick Report, you will first need to navigate to the Reports Screen. Within the Reports Screen, you will then click on Quick Reports in the menu bar at the top of the screen, followed by “Vaccinations”.

 

After clicking on the Vaccinations menu item, a window will pop up. In this window, you can set report parameters for specific vaccination types, manufacturers, booking vendor, and you can also set specific range fields for booking dates, sail dates, and vaccine dates. This will allow you to narrow down your report results to include only specific details you have selected. Selections are required for the Vaccine Type, Vaccine Manufacturer, and Booking Vendor. There is also a check box for "Show Unvaccinated" which works with the Sail Date range. When this check box is selected, it will show clients both and and without vaccination records for the Sail Date range entered.
